No, you can’t. Digital downloads are for exclusive use by the customer who purchased them. When you purchase digital downloads from us, you agree to abide by our Terms of Service which specifically prohibit sharing or selling the digital downloads that you have purchased from us. All copyrights belong to Broken Anvil Miniatures. Feel free to download, print, and paint, but you may not send or sell the STL files to others.

Yes! You may share photos of your projects.

We love working with talented artists! If you’re interested in a career, please check our Careers page for positions that are currently open. Although we may not have time to respond to every single candidate, rest assured that we have received and reviewed every application.

ORDERS

After your payment has been processed, your screen will refresh and you’ll have instant access to your downloadable files. Click the button to download your purchases. Additionally, you’ll receive an email from us that contains a link to the files you purchased. Your files will contain pre-supported Lychee files in addition to pre-supported and unsupported STLs, if you prefer a different Slicer.

If you have not received an email containing a link to your download for the file you purchased please send us an email at admin@brokenanvilminis.com.

As much as we would love to be able to help individual customers with print setup, unfortunately, we don’t have the time. All of our STL files are pre-supported and will work on a variety of printers. You may also be able to find help on our Discord server.

RETURNS

We apologize, but we cannot accept refunds on digital downloads.

Broken Anvil Miniatures is not responsible for handling refunds for products not purchased directly from us. When you buy one of our products from another seller or retailer, online or otherwise, the first step is to contact the seller or retailer you made the purchase from. They will have their own policies and procedures for returns or replacements.

SHIPPING

If a product arrives damaged or broken, we will replace the item at no cost to you.  We will pay shipping costs for the replacement item for US customers only. One-way shipping costs for International replacement items will be paid for by the customer. If a package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the damage, do not accept the package, and contact us for further assistance. Contact us at admin@brokenanvilminis.com for assistance.

Yes! Please note that international orders will have to go through customs. This may delay your package’s arrival time and there may be Customs and Duties Fees separate from shipping fees. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with your country’s customs and duties policies before making your purchase.
