What scale are the minis?

Unless otherwise noted, our minis are 32mm scale.

What are your miniatures made from?

We manufacture our miniatures from our own blend of resins. Our SiOCAST miniatures are manufactured using a blend of hard and medium SiOresins. Expect standard hobbying cleanup and assembly.

Do your miniatures require cleanup?

Our QA process guarantees less than 10% error, which means less work for you. Minor sanding, cutting, and/or gap-filling may be required. Some larger miniatures may be hollow, with a drainage hole from production that may need to be filled with hobby-filling material (Greenstuff, putty, etc.) These drainage holes ensure proper cleaning internally.

Can I share a photo of the miniature that I painted?

Yes! You may share photos of your projects.

When will my order arrive?

Miniature orders require 3 days of lead time and shipping is temporarily limited to Fridays only. Orders made before 11:59pm PST on Tuesdays will ship the same week that the order is placed. Orders made after the cutoff will ship Friday the following week. Thank you for understanding.

My order arrived broken or damaged.

If a product arrives damaged or broken, we will replace the item at no cost to you.  We will pay shipping costs for the replacement item for US customers only. One-way shipping costs for International replacement items will be paid for by the customer. If a package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the damage, do not accept the package, and contact us for further assistance.

I don’t live in the United States. Will you ship products to me?

Yes! Please note that international orders will have to go through customs. This may delay your package’s arrival time and there may be Customs and Duties Fees separate from shipping fees. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with your country’s customs and duties policies before making your purchase. 

Customs fees are not included in the shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer. Your country’s customs department may hold your package until customs fees are paid.


I bought something from another seller or retailer and I want to return it.

Broken Anvil Miniatures is not responsible for handling refunds for products not purchased directly from us. When you buy one of our products from another seller or retailer, online or otherwise, the first step is to contact the seller or retailer you made the purchase from. They will have their own policies and procedures for returns or replacements.
